Why I can’t turn on the new Gamepad?
Please recharge the Gamepad before you use it at the first time or use it again after a long period.
I can’t reconnect my phone with gamepad again even the Bluetooth shows has connected.
1. Select the correct pairing mode according to the instructions.
2. If ‘1’ can’t solve the problem, delete the Bluetooth connection and reconnect it again.
3. If ‘2’ can’t solve the problem, delete the Bluetooth connection and reset the controller.
How do I know the gamepad’s power status?
1. If LED 4 on gamepad flashes quickly, it indicates that the power of gamepad is running out, please charge it in time.
2. When the gamepad is charged, LED 4 flashes slowly and LED 4 will be keeps on if fully charged.
Left or right rocker stuck or drifting problems?
Physical solution: Press left or right rocker and turn the rocker 3-5 rounds to reset axis of rocker.
How to rotate the screen on your iPad to play in landscape?
1. Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center. Then tap the Rotation Lock button to make sure it’s on.
